Vision sees community development as a part of the organizations growth. Vision Tech Solutions is involved in a variety of the community development programs. As the first step towards social uplift Vision has chosen to work with women- children welfare organizations in South India - Tamil Nadu Pengal Nala Sangam founded by Smt.V.Veerammal to serve the cause of socially disadvantaged women and children.
With women constituting about 48.3 percent of Indian population, Vision believes that the real development of the nation cannot take place if it bypasses women. Hence as the first step towards community support, Vision is working with the women- children welfare organizations for women’s empowerment in India.

About Annai Ashramam
Tamil Nadu Pengal Nala Sangam was founded in 1954 by Smt.V.Veerammal to serve the cause of socially disadvantaged women and children. In the last 50 years, the activities of the Sangam have expanded under the guidance of Smt.Veerammal whose selfless service has won the appreciation of all.

Vision Tech Solutions offer a keen interest in the welfare of women community. Vision’s efforts are to enable the girl child of today to become the confident woman of tomorrow. Vision understands that for this to happen, action needs to begin by providing education and health facilities for the girl child. Hence Vision Tech Solution has joined Annai Ashramam in the endeavour to ensure that the girl child has access to education. The Vision India team volunteers themselves and have taken the initiative to provide computer training to the Ashramam students. Vision Tech Solutions guarantees proper placement for the best students who prove themselves as the right fit.
Working with Annai Ashramam, Vision has donated 5 modern computers to the Annai Girls Higher Secondary School to equip their computer centre. The selfless service, the volunteer labor and donation of materials by the Visionities are worth mentioning. Vision has distributed books and stationery for the education purpose of the girls. Vision is working on the redesign of the Annai Ashramam website free of cost. The Vision team are working hard to encourage and involve the society in the community development services.
Vision will soon spread its wings in the community development activities to embrace everything from health and education to livelihoods and women children welfare. Vision Tech Solutions does not merely provide financial support, instead the Vision team has been working to bring a positive impact to the community, which directly or indirectly has touched and changed many lives.
